Q: Do we provide the equipment?
A: Under most circumstances, AZ Winter Wonder Lights will provide the necessary equipment to get the job done right.

Q: Do you work on Weekends?
A: Yes. We work weekends, but it is based on appoinments and we do try to accomodate everyone.

Q: What is the average cost associated with decorating the premises?
A: It depends on the size of the property and the amount of decorations you would like placed. For a string of lights, the cost will be $1.75 per linear foot. A typical one story house that measures to 1600 sq. ft., which is roughly 100 linear ft. of lights is $175 plus tax. Measurements are based on a "fence to fence" measurement.

Q: Do I need to purchase the lights?
A: AZ Winter Wonder Lights will purchase the lights you've requested for a minimal convenience fee.

Q: What does the cost cover?
A: The cost covers the initial decoration of your property and the removal of your Decorations when the holiday is over.

Q: Will you install my lights if I am not home?
A: YES! AZ Winter Wonder Lights will decorate your property if you're not home. We ask you leave the lights in an accessible place and ensure the lights are working if you are providing your own lights. If you've asked us to purchase them for you, we will need you to tell us what style of lights you would like (C9, C7, Twinkle, etc.)

Q: What methods of payment does AZ Winter Wonder Lights accept?
A. AZ Winter Wonder Lights will accept Pay Pal, Cash, Money Order, and in some circumstances, checks (Proper ID needed please). The terms of payment is 1/2 at the time an appointment is made, and the remainder when the job is completed.
